Administrative Assistant
The responsibilities for the position include:
 
Assisting sales associates with various needs
Processing all licensing paperwork for new agents, termination of agents and license renewals
Maintaining and update daily RE databases with properties’ information
Assisting Brokerage Manager with daily tasks
Managing and maintain office equipment and supplies and coordinating installations and repairs
Creating marketing show sheets
Arranging and completing mailings
Typing, faxing and filing
Other office management duties as necessary
 
Requirements:
 
Real Estate License is a plus
Must have excellent computer skills including, MSW, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Photoshop and research skills
Must have pleasant and professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to multi task
