Ariel Levy
Having focused on multiple facets of real estate throughout his career, Ariel Levy provides a well-rounded set of expertise to his profession and passion. With experience in acquisitions, construction, finance, management, sales and leasing, Ariel has garnered a keen understanding of the trade from both a macro and micro level. While Ariel has closed and facilitated deals throughout the United States, his concentration in recent years has been on the sale and lease of commercial property in New York City. As a native New Yorker, Ariel’s detailed knowledge of the local market and vast network of colleagues make him a viable asset to any real estate transaction.
Ariel attended Boston University’s School of Management and graduated with honors, concentrating in finance and operations management. In addition to work Ariel finds balance by traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures and lifestyles. He holds a 2nd Degree Black belt in Taekwondo and also enjoys Tennis, Yoga and Snowboarding.
Tali Geva
Tali is recognized as a leader in the real estate industry and has garnered the attention and admiration of key players in the luxury residential condominium market by consistently delivering swift and competitive sales results. Tali combines 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, luxury residential sales, marketing and new developments management and sales in New York and beyond. It is her diverse experience, visionary thinking, and innovative approach to marketing and selling real estate that distinguishes Tali from others in the field.
Some of Tali’s achievements include handling the sales and marketing of some of New York’s most distinct new developments, including Armani Casa’s 20 Pine, 350 West 53rd Street, 119 Fulton Street, Bryant Park Tower, 8 Union Square South, Gramercy Starck and W New York Downtown Hotel & Residences.
Tali holds an undergraduate degree from Baruch College and a certificate in Real Estate from New York University.
Shari Markoff
Shari Markoff combines 16 years of experience in sales, marketing and management, all of which she brings to her task as a Managing Director at Avenue. Shari began her education of the high-end, luxury market working as a media planner at Tiffany & Co. She then went on to excel as Vice President of New York Security Systems where she soon realized her real talents were in finance, and, more specifically, brokering high-end real estate deals. In addition, she has a keen eye for interior design and decorative art, and she collects modern prints, illustrations, and books.
Shari’s real estate career began in 2001 at Douglas Elliman, where she earned instant accolades by landing major deals almost instantly. Shari advanced her skills as a managing director at a boutique luxury brokerage firm for 4 years.
A native New Yorker, Shari provides her clients with valuable practical guidance that draws from her vast knowledge of New York’s real estate market as well as her experience in luxury brands. Known for her creative negotiating talents, Shari counts many of Manhattan's top real estate power players as clients and continues to excel in every aspect of New York’s luxury market.
Shari graduated from Blair Academy, a prestigious boarding school in New Jersey before attending the University of Rochester where she majored in political science and received a certificate in business (marketing, finance and accounting) from the William E. Simon School of Business.
